M8809 Stress Control Pad
 Applications:
 It is a flexible, self-consolidating tape for electrical stress control of MV power cable accessories, as well as void and gap fill. The higher dielectric constant and low loss tangent allow the adhesive to have excellent stress control properties.
The adhesive contains a high molecular weight plasticizer that is not extractable and therefore has good compatibility with polymer insulated cables. It is highly resistant to impregnating compounds such as M.I.N.D and rosin oils, and these compounds are commonly used in paper insulated cables.

Excellent compatibility and adhesion to lead, copper, aluminum and polymeric tube.
Self-fusing mastic filling voids and irregular shapes
